rugių tai nebandžiau dar, o kviečius daiginu ir valgau pusryčiams su jogurtu arba darau iš jų maltinukus (daigintus sumalu, dedu kiaušinį, truputį varškės, daug pakepinto svogūno, smulkintų porų, žalumynų, česnako ir apvolioju sėlenose prieš kepdama. man atrodo, galima dar virti tuos grūdus, bet daiginti kažkaip sveikiau atrodo, tai ir neverdu.
jei išbandysi rugus, parašyk, kaip jie tau

aš tai kartais pamirštu uždengt daigindama tai manau, nieko nenutiks
o iš košių tai irgi mėgstu, jei lieka blynukų iškept ar kokį apkepą suregzt. jaučiu, skani ta 7 grūdų košė. tai vistik ir Amerikoj yra sveiko maisto

na sveiku avizu neradau, tik skaldytu, beto neradau rugiu, o kitaka radau, zinau kur yra pirkti, bet tingejau vakar vaziuoti bet zinok skanu
