Good morning,
We would not advise purchasing a machine in one country and taking this to another.
Whilst we are an International Brand and are continuing to expand into new territories, our guarantee is currently not fully International meaning we may not be able to offer you the same level of service should you take your machine abroad.
The guarantee for your machine is from the point of purchase and the duration of cover will not change regardless of where the machine is taken to (eg if you are told at the point of sale your guarantee length will be 2 years, this will be the same regardless of which country the machine is in should it require parts or servicing).
A large part of our guarantee is the after sales service we provide and we believe in making sure this is the best it can be. Due to shipping restrictions on particular parts, differences in the products we sell in each market and variations in Electrical Safety Standards amongst other factors, there may be restrictions on the level of service we can provide but we will always try to assist where we can.
Should you choose to take a machine to another country and find that you are in need of parts or servicing, we would advise in the first instance to contact your local service provider, should there be no service provider in your area we would then advise to contact the service provider in the original country of purchase.
