We decided to use DHL as a business in order to offer our international customers great savings on shipping.We switched from USPS to DHL and we have had more packages disappear in 1 month that we have had in 2 years with USPS.
DO NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE!! They rip you off, they don't care to help you, they lose your packages, they send them to the wrong countries and then they tell you that it isn't worth it to them to reroute the package.
SCAM ARTISTS DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DHL!!!!They promise you the world when they do a sales presentation and then it turns out that everything that they say is a complete lie and then they tell you that you may have misunderstood what they were talking about (eventhough three people in the meeting heard the same exact thing and you have it in writing) BEWARE OF DHL GLOBAL MAIL IT WILL BE THE DEMISE OF YOUR BUSINESS!!

Mano paskutinis irgi apie 2men keliavo, is ju apie menesi LT buvo, jau galvojau nebeatkeliaus ir ruosiausi iherb rasyti, bet atkeliavo. Tad reikia kazkaip kratyti LT pasta

Tada net jei ir vėl dings siuntinukas, galėsit iškelt disputą per paypalą - pinigus tada tikrai atgausit, o su iHerbu aiškinsis paypalas.Kita vertus, man irgi seniai įtarimas, kad tie mūsų siuntinukai stringa ar net dingsta Lietuvoje, kažkur ties pašto/muitinės paskirstymo tašku. Aš tik nesuprantu, kodėl tie registruoti siuntiniai negali būti su normaliu trackingu iki namų, nes dabar gaunasi kažkoks pusinis registravimas

Vyksta ir dar kaip.
Visai neseniai gavau siuntinukus, kuriuose trūko kelių prekių. Pirma mintis buvo, kad pardavėjas gal neįdėjo, gal koks išsiblaškęs pakuotojas.
Vėliau atidžiai apžiūrėjau dėžutes, pamačiau, kad jau buvo atidaryta per dugną, prekės išimtos, o lipni juosta perklijuota. O liepos 30 d siuntinio, kuriame buvo tik Physician's Formula prekės, iš viso negavau.Pašte daug nesąžiningų darbuotojų...
Nu tada matyt pirma karta man pasiseke, kad siuntinys atkeliavo i namus 
Jei skųstumėtės į rrt.lt, aprašytumėte kiekviena savo atvejį, gal kas ir keistųsi po truputį. Bet įtariu, kad visos tik internete pasiguodžiat...

Kad zinokit pilnas internetas blogu atsiliepimu,kad letai dirba,siuntinius sandeliuose uzlaiko ir t.t. Labai gailiuosi,kad dar ir antra uzsisakiau.Po menesio nusimato kelione,dar i kelione pora daikciuku isimeciau,bet dabar labai abejoju ar spesiu gauti su tokiu siuntimo greiciu.
