Nes turi būti nepažodžiui verstas (kaip ir pvz, su UAB uždaroji akcinė bendrovė pažodžiui išeina visai kitaip, bet turi skambėti taip : private limited company) na jei nieko nebesugalvosiu rašysiu "individual work", nes kitaip niekur nerandu ir nesumastau blush2.gif (o gal tokio bendro vertimo net ir nėra g.gif, o aš čia noriu Jums galveles užsukti unsure.gif )

Delight, as far as I know, UAB in English is Joint Stock Company. For "Individuali įmonė" I would suggest Individual enterprise or would agree with mylimukeA's "Individual work".
