It is a very hard to explain mirksiukas.gif Because it is a psychology mirksiukas.gif And I will learn two years about effective communication skills mirksiukas.gif Last week was the second course ( 4 will be) mirksiukas.gif

it's very interesting propably, first of all listening listening listening, then understanding etc.
