lowering of bone mineral density - this may lead to osteoporosis or bone fracture

vaginal bleeding - this may happen within the first few months of starting treatment with Buserelin acetate. If this continues to happen once Buserelin acetate has been taken for some time you must seek medical advice

worsening of cancersymptoms at the beginning of treatment such as tumourpain, worsening of bonepain if you have cancer which has spread to your bones, kidney problems, neurological problems such as weakness of leg muscles, difficulty urinating, thromboembolism or a general feeling of being unwell

worsening of raised blood pressure
The following side effects have been reported in people who have had medicines similar to Buserelin acetate. The frequency of these side-effects in people who have Buserelin acetate is not known
increased risk of anaemia
increased risk of diabetes
increased risk of heart or circulation problems such as heart attack, sudden cardiac death or stroke
