Thank you for your order and e-mail. I received your e-mail 7 days ago and have been thinking on how to respond. I will answer as simply as I can. We use SagePay as a payment gateway and they regretfully flagged your order up as one that they believed was suspect with regards to the credit card used and billing address provided. We waited almost 2 weeks whilst they reconfirmed the credit card's status and eventually advised us to decline your order.
We accordingly refunded your account and closed the order. I am very sorry for our actions but we had no choice as SagePay refused to authenticate the payment. I appreciate the trouble that I have caused and do deeply regret to course of action that we have been forced to take. I did not write back and say all this as I thought that such a note would have been very impolite.
I am happy to advise further if you wish to assist you in an alternate for of payment. Kindly advise if you would like me to act.
