This completed one round of Pranajama. Do a total of three rounds of this Pranayama
After practing Langhu Bhastika, keep both the hands at the back. Breathe in and out for five respirations in this position. Da o few rounds of normal breathing after this Pranayama.
Breathe in and out rapidly moving the abdomen in and out 10 - 15 times. Then do three rounds of normal breathing. This completes one round of Pranayma
