The gentleman that is leading the charge, and I really want to salute him for taking ownership and leading the charge… He’s going to share with us why he is leading the charge, what this all means, and why we all need to join in this cavalry.

With that being said, let me introduce Robert Craddock. If you have seen Troy Dooly’s video, Troy talked extremely highly of Robert. Dave Kaninsky, my very dear buddy and business partner in so many things that we’ve done, has also talked extremely highly of Robert.

Thanks for the introduction. Let me just kind of give everybody a really quick background, and then we will jump right into the meat potatoes.
About 60-70 days ago… Actually it’s probably more like 90 days ago, Kevin Grimes (Kevin’s actually a friend of mine) had referred me over to Greg Caldwell.
What I specialize in right now, is taking negative content off the web. That being said, the people over at Zeek meaning, Greg Caldwell, Paul Burks, Dawn, so forth, felt that at some point in time, there would be some information on the web that was false, misleading, and defaming that would probably lead to something like this. Their idea was to go ahead and be pro-active and to start taking care of that. The only problem was, they came to me a little bit too late in the game.
We started talking. I actually came up to the corporate office right before the Fourth of July. I met with Greg. I also had to go to Kentucky, because, I was doing work for another network marketing company at the same time. I met with Greg, we kind of laid out a game plan. We were also discussing some of the challenges people were having with people going in their back offices and hacking their passwords, so we were talking about security devices at the same time.
Let’s fast-forward now. We go to July 6th. The DOJ, not the SEC, serves a civil complaint basically on them, looking for request documents. It wasn’t a big deal. This was something that happens normally, in the course of business. Our government just, for some reason, can’t seem to stay out of our business. Nevertheless, they served this on them, and we were going forward on doing this.
Anyway, we get to that point, and knowing that the government is basically trying to reach into our pockets at this point.
Everybody on this phone call that doesn’t understand, you have to wonder, “How did this happen?” The best way I can explain it, is like watching a slow-moving train wreck. We speed all the way up to around August 15th-16th, right up to that time. The DOJ, is back there in North Carolina, back there at our corporate office. They talked with Greg Caldwell. They’re asking again for some more information, and they wanted him to clarify. Again, there was no, “We’re going to shut you down.”, it was just, “We’re asking for some more information.” Paul reaches out to his local Counsel there at that time.
The gentleman’s name is Noell Tin. Anybody wants to look up Noell Tin in Charlotte, you’ll see that, his own website does not really qualify him for this type of representation.
Anyway, he reaches out to Noell. Noell goes and meets with the DOJ. The DOJ has, All their information is unsubstantiated. There’s no accountant that’s verified it. It’s not information that has come directly from ZEEK. They just have speculation and innuendo on the web.
They’re telling his attorney that everything he has right there is, in fact, true and correct. The attorney goes, ‘Wow! Okay, my client’s done something really bad.”, so he goes back to his client and says… This is exactly what happened here. Greg was right there. He goes back to him and says, “If you do not voluntarily give up this company… Because this is a ponzi, according to the North Carolina DOJ, you’re going to jail.”
For everybody here that doesn’t understand, Paul was going through a huge family crisis. His wife is very sick, she’s at home. He had been at home, basically for about two months, taking care of her. Paul was just devastated, thinking that he’s not going to be able to go back home to do this. He’s basically extorted into having to do this right on Thursday.
Greg is like going, “Okay. We’re going to regroup. Let me get Kevin. Let me get a few other people. We’re going to straighten this out.” Before they had a chance to straighten it out, the SEC, having heard what just happened, rushed in on Friday, did a very rushed and sloppy application for seizure of assets, had a judged convinced… They were protecting everybody, as a whole. Later on Friday, they get a judge to sign it, and then the SEC is out there putting out press releases saying, “We just shut down a $600Million ponzi scheme.” It couldn’t have been any further from the truth. That’s what they did. They actually rushed in and just grabbed it.
Everybody remembers that weekend. We’ve had these roller coasters, we’re up, we’re down…
I was busy talking to various people saying, “You know, this just doesn’t smell right. We really need to start talking to someone.” Sunday night, we had that letter comes out from NxPay. We’re now realizing they’re starting to lock up everything.
I went ahead on Monday morning, and I called a really good friend of mine. He’s our old retired Florida attorney-general, Bill McCallum. I’ve had a personal relationship with Bill for 10-plus years, a really good friend. Bill is a partner with SNR Denton.
For anybody that doesn’t know, if you go to www.snrdenton.com, their website look at what that firm is all about.
SNR Denton, I think, they’re like in 60 countries, and they’re probably in about 40 states. Anyway, this is a truly international firm.
Bill put me in touch with some key people there, and said, “Look, these are the ones that can help you.” That’s exactly what we did. We got on the phone, we started discussing everything. When I told them the story, they’re going, “This couldn’t happen. This is not the way they do things.” Then I said, “I’m telling you right now the person that is talking to me is Greg Caldwell. Greg was explaining this, and Greg is willing to give you an affidavit on this.” Then they’re going, “If he’s willing to do that, then..”, and if this really happened, ” they have some major problems.”
As I started explaining what’s going on, they said, “First thing we need to do is get everybody organized.” It’s impossible for that law firm to take on the million-plus people and try to logistically put them all on. What we need to do is either form or use an existing group.
As it turned out, I got Fun Club USA. I’ve got the relationship with them. They said, “Who’s willing to sign on the dotted line for our money?”, and I said, “I’ll do that.”
I went ahead and set up a conference call with, SNR Denton and probably, 12 major people there here in Zeek, one being Todd Blitzer.
We must’ve talked for two hours. They asked him every question they could, pros and cons, What we’re looking at. From the end of that call, it was a group decision, “Let’s go forth.”, so that’s exactly what we’re doing.
We put up a website, and started notifying everybody. Then, Greg gets a hold of me and says, “Troy Dooly is trying to reach you. Can I give him your information?” “Yes, sure.” I started talking to Troy, he went ahead real quickly, put something together, put it out there on the web. Now we have got people just signing up like crazy, because now we can get some representation for them, we could protect them from the SEC going out there and wanting to claw back the money that they may have received by stopping or trying to grab your, Payza, Solid Trust and NX Pay account.
As we move forward, there are three major goals.
One is to stop them right now from what they’re doing, so they can start looking at how flawed their application is.
Number two, ask the courts for all the financial records. Our goal and our focus is to get some CPAs in there, to have them look over the books. Get some experts in MLM, get a professional opinion that a court would agree with. Get that information if it is, in fact, a valid network marketing company, valid business plan, and not a ponzi scheme.
Three, Look at the application that the SEC did. That’s probably the easiest thing. That’s the one that everyone feels very comfortable with as it is very flawed. We should have no problem, once that stuff happens, to get the court to go ahead and dissolve that order.
That point in time, no one has a hold of anything. The business can actually open up. The only problem we have, is that Paul Burks really doesn’t have the heart to get back in this. There is a contingency plan being done right now where there’d be a group that would step up, work with Paul with possibly a royalty-type situation, and get Zeek back opened up.
Now, you have to understand, this is an elephant, and you can’t eat this all in one day. We have to do this one step at a time. But we do have a game plan. We do have probably one of the best law firms out there. They’re listed as one of the Top 25 firms in the world.
We have some very substantial, talented people. The gentleman that’s up in New York, he actually teaches that at the FBI Headquarters. He teaches all this stuff to them, what to look for, what to do. I mean, we have the trainers in this industry that teach people that are actually representing us. We could not be asking for a better group. All I can say right now is that, we’re just now coming up on meeting our initial threshold which we had to get $100,000 to the firm this week. We’re going to be able to meet that goal. We have to keep at least $100,000 on deposit with them. As they bill against it, we have to make weekly payments to it, to keep going.
This is going to be a very costly fight, but that’s what we’re doing. Now, if somebody cannot afford to put $20 in, if you’ll get with your up line, and you guys put together a spreadsheet and get your information over to us, we’ll put you in to protect the group. We’ll absolutely say that you got representation. It’s not a question of that.
If you can help us out with $20 or $50 or whatever, we’re very grateful. But paying the money is not a condition of you being part of this. If you need to be part of it, and you don’t have the money, we will help you. There’s a million plus people out there. We understand that everybody has different challenges, different situations.
Again, we do need your help. It is going to be a long fight. We feel very confident that with the experts, the attorneys, and then the media firm that we’re going to have to retain to try to remove some of the damage that’s been done to us from the government; it’s going to run into the millions. We’re absolutely going to run into the millions. But this is a fight that we can all take.
I think myself, just like everyone else, it’s not so much the money that has just stop, but for the hundreds of thousands of people out there, it was a promise of the money that you are going to receive in the next few months, that you’re extremely upset about.
I myself, put in $200. My pool was around $15,000 at the end. I had actually pulled out $1,500, because I wanted to see how it all worked. I had a vision of November wherein I would actually start pulling out some serious money. That was just ripped right away from me. When I found out exactly how careless this whole thing went down, it just really pissed me off.
I think there’s a lot of people in this call that actually have the same kind of feeling, the same kind of disappointment. So we’re fighting out there. We’re hoping you’ll help us fight.
The Reciever is not going to do anyone any favours, only himself and his team of lawyers.
The receiver’s goal, is to run as many billable hours. There’s also a separate law firm that will represent that receiver. I have never seen a situation; I mean I’ve personally been in a few and
I’ve never seen a situation where a receiver returned money. I want you to understand something here, in a second. If they have $500Million, they’ve grabbed, they would put an army of people on there to do everything they can to run up billable hours. They then go every three to four months to the court and they do a draw-down request on the fund that they have to pay their fees, to pay their bills.
This will go on for probably five years. If you look at the domain that they have secured for this, and you do a “who is” on it. In other words, you go to Godaddy and check http://www.zeekrewar...ceivership.com/ , get down to the bottom of the page, and you click on the “who” list, and you click on that name, you see the receivers have reserved it for five years.
There’s no way you’re going to get your money. it’s just not going to happen.
One of the first things that our law firm wants to do, is file a motion with the courts preventing them from spending that money. Period.
If you think the receivers are representing you, and they’re going to give you something, you are dreaming. Seriously, you are dreaming. That will never, ever, ever happen.

You see, I wouldn’t have known where to go. I didn’t have those contacts that Robert has. Thanks to Robert, not only do we have a voice but we have very good one!
We need to do our part though. He put his neck out there. Guys, understand, when I hear a $200 purchase out of pocket, 15,000 points, it’s not like he was withdrawing $5,000 a week or $10,000 a week in terms of payment. Everyone needs to do their part. This is our voice now.
Whether or not Zeek will come back to life, I don’t know. Obviously, Paul’s tied, I can understand that.
But we definitely want to protect the funds that the company still has and our reputation. We certainly don’t want to let the receiver just eat up all of the money in fees and expenses, while putting the carrot out there that, “I’m working for you.”
Perhaps, we could see, maybe a reviving. We’re not sure.

The nice thing about PayPal, is when that information comes in there, you can download in what’s called a csv file. We could take that information, which is everything that they captured during that transaction, and we can go ahead and send that off to the attorneys.
We can’t have the people calling the law firm directly, because it’s just overwhelming them. We got an e-mail today saying, “Look, if we keep getting calls like this, the bill is going to go up tremendously high.” We’ll be defeating our purpose here if that’s happening.

Remember, we’re having to move at light speed, because none of this stuff was in place. We’re putting it all together right now for you.
