tai tik mokslo metus pakeičiam (titulinį) ir liuks aišku jei tika 
o kompetencijos temai - kažkaip keistai ir mandrai skamba
gal čia turima omeny ko siekiama per pamoką (išmokyti, supažindinti, įtvirtinti ir pan.) 
Pas mus yra grafa "Pasiekimai (pagal išsilavinimo standartus)". Manau, tai tas pats, kas "Kompetencijos temai", t.y. ko mokiniai išmoks per pamoką.
