Pats sau prieštarauji. Jei būtų propaganda, propaguotų save kaip sveiką šalį ir turistams. Bet yra vis dar daug nepaskiepytų ir pažeidžiamų. Todėl atsargiai elgiasi su savo žmonėmis.
