Ten griaunant pažeidžiami ir vamzdžiai. Nežinia, kas gali nutikti griaunant. Šiaip viską bute remontuoja MB pats. Niekada dar meistrai nebuvo kviečiami. O vonia ir tulikas turėjo savo nišą, į ją tais laikais butuose buvo dedamos tokios gal iš metalo, ar nžn iš kokios medžiagos tokios tarsi dėžės -kapsulės. Kaip narvas toks su lubom, grindim sienom. Tai va tą kapsulę reikėjo išlupt iš tos voniai ir tualetui skirtos vietos. Dėžė vonios ir tuliko dydžio. Kurioje yra seni vamzdžiai. Kaip tą kapsulę išimti? Pačiam, gyvenime nemačius tokio daikto, kai dar ir vamzdžiai sutrūniję.... tą kapsulę - visą tuliko ir vonios kambariuką gal pjaustė, gal laužė, nžn.... Beje, išėmus kapsulę, labai padidėjo plotas 👍 Įsivaizduok, būtų namas savas, na, tai viena, o dabar butas, kaimynai keturi po apačia... Taip, susimokėjom, bet kuo saugiau ir atsakingiau darėm. Nieko, uždirbsim tuos pinigus. Kad tik sveikatos būtų. Vamzdžiai tokie, kad santechnikas buvo toje brigadoje ir pažeistus keitė laikinais... paskui atėjo mūsiškis ir darė pagal projektą. Tai ateitų MB padarytų ką? Bile ką... O jei užlietų visus? Kaip sutvarkyt ant staigio? Kur gausi santechniką, jei pats jau nesusitvarkytum?

O apie laiką -kada tą daryti.... Na, jis atostogų tai turi daug prikaupęs kokius tris mėnesius 😄 Bet kas jį išleistų tiek. Ir taip per tą savaitę, kai griovė, klojo, liejo, ten ir ttt jis pasiėmė atostogas, kad jei meistrai išsikviečia, kad jis būtų. Tai tiek savo darbe vis tiek dirbo, kad..... Dirba vadovaujamą darbą, tai visa komanda, jei jo nėra pasimetus. Vis tiek kyla klausimų, problemų ir tt. Bet tik reikia džiaugtis, kad yra reikalingas. Reiškia, dirbs, alga bus 👍😄

Oj, kaip įdomu. Esu mačius kapinėse kažką padengus stalą, valgant, geriant. Labai įdomu tokios tradicijos.

Nedarėm 16 metų to remonto. Ir dar tiek būtume nedarę. Bet vamzdžiai seni jau visai nelaikė. Turiu nusifotkinus, kaip atrodė. Bet vaizdas neapetitnas. Kanalizacijos vamzdis, 10cm diametro tiek užkalkėjęs, suakmenėjes, kad likę tik trys, gal du cm skykutė praėjime. Mes vos ne metus, ru neįsivaizduoji, kaip gyvenom. Kaip pradėjo viskas kimštis, nubėginėti į vonią...
Taip, galėjom tik vamzdžius keisti, Bet norėjosi ir 1990 remontą jau atnaujinti.
Kam ta kapsulė, kur ją išėmus erdvė atsidengia... Tada ten toks kolidoriukas buvo, na, jį prijungėm prie vonios, vėl plotelis nemažas...Na ir tolyn tolyn... Aišku, pvz dušas va toks ant lygios žemės yra brangiau, nei statyti dušą su padėklu. Nu bet gali gi žmogus, kai jau darai, pasidaryti kaip nori.
Kiekvienam skirtingai prioritetai susidėlioja pinigų leidimui.
Dar brangu bus virtuvė, bet lubas padarys meistras dabar, o sienas ir grindis MB pats. Reiks santechniko. Elektrą gal net pats MB pasidarys, ten paprasčiau, jau ten jis ir persidaręs yra. Bet kai ten remontas bus, gal būt elektrą išvedžioti reiks vėl kitaip. Tai baldai (mąstom Ikea) Ir technika. Paprasčiau skamba, nei vonioj vykstantys darbai.
Kambarių lubas padarys meistras dabar, o grindis ir sienas, pats MB darys kažkada vėliau.
Taip, gal ir nereikalinga kam nors. Yra žmonių, kurie parduoda viską ir gyvena furgonėlyje, keliauja po pasaulį.... Lietuvių tokių yra. Rodė juos per TV. Tai aišku, nesuprantama kai kuriems, ką tu čia darai, jie tai tikrai kitur tuos pinigus leistų 😄
